We will visit Pisac market, full of local crafts and fresh produce, and explore the impressive Ollantaytambo ruins, showcasing ancient Inca engineering and architecture. The journey will reveal the region’s rich history and vibrant culture.

We will continue to Maras, admiring the traditional salt terraces still in use today, and then explore the circular agricultural terraces of Moray, an Inca laboratory of ingenuity. Each site will deepen our understanding of the Inca civilization’s mastery of farming and adaptation to the Andes. We will return to the Sacred Valley for an overnight stay in comfort.

The highlight of our tour will be Machu Picchu. We will take the train to Aguas Calientes and then a short bus ride to the citadel. We will explore temples, terraces, and sacred areas with a private guide, taking in panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Free time will allow us to wander, photograph, and absorb the mystical atmosphere.

Returning by train to Ollantaytambo and transferring to Cusco, we will have leisure time to explore the city or relax in our hotel. A half-day city tour will let us visit Sacsayhuamán, Qorikancha, and the Cusco Cathedral, providing a fitting conclusion to our journey.
